Police divers are searching for the remains of Melissa Caddick in rough seas below cliffs just 300 metres from the alleged fraudster’s home in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
- Melissa Caddick went missing on November 12, and her foot washed up over a week ago
- Analysis suggests the foot appears to have entered the water relatively recently, however
- There is no CCTV showing Ms Caddick near her Dover Heights home
It’s believed the divers are assessing conditions at the moment to see whether or not it’s safe enough for them to enter the water.
A southerly could prevent the operation from continuing if the ocean becomes too rough.
