Lake Illawarra PCYC run two Fit for Life sessions each week. These sessions are run by your local Police and PCYC officers. It is a great way to start the day with some fun and fitness, and an awesome opportunity to get to know your local Police and PCYC officers. EVERY Tuesday @ 7am – 7:50am at Black Beach Reserve Kiama (or the Joyce Wheatley Hall if its raining)
EVERY Thursday @ 7am – 7:50am at Lake Illawarra PCYC No bookings required. It is open to and FREE for all school aged children. Hope to see you there! 😊 If you would like any more information contact Senior Constable Keating at Lake Illawarra PCYC on 4296 4448.
